Vendor Policies

Vendor payments are nonrefundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Transfers to another business require PPP’s prior written approval. With PPP’s written approval, a paid registration may be applied as credit toward PPP Women membership — doing so releases your booth and all vending privileges. No discounts are offered, and no category exclusivity is included.

Vendors must meet licensing, safety, and sanitation requirements. Electricity is not guaranteed and must be requested in advance; venue insurance does not replace required professional coverage. Final placements are assigned by PPP.

I agree to the vendor policies, including nonrefundable payment, PPP written approval for transfers, and that applying my payment toward PPP Women membership releases my booth. *
